- Rabies vaccination
- Valid for more than 30 days and less than 1 year.
- Microchip
- Your pet needs to be microchipped.
- Rabies titer test (RNATT)
- If the destination country requires it.
- Health certificate
- Valid within 3 to 7 days before departure.

- United States and Canada
- CDC rabies rules and USDA APHIS entry checks, with long-haul flights into Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Vancouver.
- European Union and the UK
- The EU Annex IV health certificate, DEFRA approval for the UK, microchip checks, and entry through Amsterdam or Frankfurt.
- Asia and the Middle East
- MAFF quarantine for Japan, AVS entry permits for Singapore, and MOCCAE approval for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
